Internal Medicine Co-Founder of Revello 

Medical 9/21/1937 - 7/21/2016 

Dr. Revello was born in Panama City, Rep. of Panama Sept. 21, 1937. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Brussels in Belgium. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Gorgas Hospital, in the former Canal Zone, Republic of Panama. Afterwards, he then practiced and worked for the Panama Canal Company and the Department of Defense as a primary care physician for over 20 years with outstanding service. In 1992, along with his daughter Patti Revello, they opened their first clinic in Tampa. Dr. Revello was in private practice for more than 20 years until retiring from actively seeing patients. He was instrumental in starting Independent Physician Associations (IPA's) and was involved in managed care within the healthcare field as a Medical Director until his passing. His medical practices, the Revello Medical Centers, continue on as his legacy in the Tampa Bay area. He was a pioneer in preventive medicine offering free education to his patients, 20 years ago. He believed in integrative medicine and also was among the first to offer free care in his clinics that now offer a full range of services for his patients. He was a humanitarian, ecologist, and philanthropist who helped many esteemed and deserving organizations.

Chief Executive Officer Patti Revello, CEO and Co-Founder of Revello Medical Center

Patti graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In 1992, along with her father Raul Revello, M.D., they opened their first clinic in Tampa. Patti has since been very active in the Healthcare community. Belonging to the Hispanic Medical Advisory Board, DPP Program, USF Hunger Alliance Program, Voces de la Gente and other pilot programs to better the health and well being of their patients. Since opening the Wellness and Activity Center in 2014 we have been able to provide a niche in the community as well as a great service to our senior population. These Wellness and Activity Centers have been implemented in our 5 clinics in Florida. In 2017 Patti co-founded Kinship Health Care LLC.

Chief Operating Officer 

Antonio serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Revello Medical. Since 2000, Revello Medical has been a life-long passion for Mr. Calvo. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and business management of the company. In this role, Mr. Calvo has helped establish Revello Medical as a respected medical practice in the community that consistently achieves year-to-year growth. Since opening the Wellness and Activities Centers in 2014 he has, along with his staff, been able to provide a niche in the community, as well as a great service to our senior population. Antonio serves on the Hispanic Medical Advisory Board for Humana, the USF Hunger Alliance Program, Voces de la Gente, and the Diabetic Prevention Program. He is also an active member of the West Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Calvo also provides consulting services to colleagues in the area and oversees a recruiting company for physicians. Antonio continues to strive for Revello Medical to be a top notch medical practice, with innovative ideas and services that are second to none. In 2017 Mr. Calvo co-founded Kinship Health Care LLC.

 My name is Monique Smith originally from  Connecticut. In 2003 I moved to Orlando, Florida. Where I studied at the Florida Metropolitan University and received an associate's degree in science.  There, I also graduated from  the medical assistant program.  During the last 10 years I have been an office manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations at Neighbor MD in Orlando, Florida among others. I am very excited to become a part of the Revello Medical family.  I enjoy spending time with my family and also love outdoors activities, specially at the beach.  I am a mother of two and grandmother of 5 amazing grandchildren.  

Operations Manager

  Fabian is a bilingual Operations Manager specializing in managed care/value-based operations. He earned his MBA degree by 2014 and with over 10 years of experience in healthcare, he excels in managing daily operations, optimizing productivity, and ensuring high-quality services. Fabian also has experience as HIPAA Compliance Officer performing risk assessments, risk analyses, and contingency planning.
